Job Description:
Experienced New Product Launch Engineer is required having 3
years of related engineering experience.

Required Skills:
4-year engineering degree is required; Master's degree desired.
3
years of related engineering experience;
Experience in routings, time studies, process improvements, etc.;
Expert knowledge of technical plans, blueprints, drawings;
Strong experience with CAD, ProE, SolidWorks;
Successful project management, product launches and methodology experience;
Solid knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred;
Excellent communication skills with all levels of an organization;
Willing to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10-15%.
Responsibility:
Leading new product launches into the manufacturing facility;
Recommending the production methods and processes required to meet design objectives;
Conducting studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow;
Maintaining process documentation related to routings, costing, BOMs, NC programming, time studies, etc.;
Proposing alternatives for materials specifications and qualifying suppliers;
Supervising engineering support personnel to maintain routings, NC programs, etc.;
Providing high-quality support to the operation related to processes, products, and equipment.
Full time Permanent Position for a large US Company.
